We're remote

No offices. So long as you can usually make collaboration hours (12-3 Eastern), work anywhere. We'll give you a budget to set up your home office, and twice a year we meet for a lavish off-site.

We avoid meetings

You get big blocks of time open, free to focus on problems and get going. Or talk through an issue with teammates, who have the time since they're not stuck in meetings.

We pay real well

We pay top of market. For international employees, we pay way closer to US rates vs. local market rates. Our equity packages are also substantial.

3x year over year. Our market is huge and we're the leading product... which means if we keep executing, the company (and your equity) will be worth a lot.
